You will be picked up at the airport and welcomed to the camp by a friendly staff member. As you may be tired from a long flight, you might want to eat something light and gaze at the Victoria Falls. After, you can enjoy your personal infinity pool at your private tent with your spouse, while sipping on your favorite cocktail or bottle of bubbles. 😉 Before you know it, it will be dinner time. A guard will be waiting for you at 7pm to walk you to the main tent. We will see you at the main tent to enjoy a delicious and elegant dinner with the rest of the guest.
4:00 pm - 6:30 pm
Attire: Obviously 😁... the groom and bride will be in African attire, but for those that don't feel inspired, you can wear linen clothing or cocktail attire, elegant shorts are ok for the gentlemen.
Guests can look forward to 5-star service on board, consisting of imported wines and spirits, gourmet hot & cold canapés. A variety of wild animals are consistently spotted, especially hippos. Fees are covered by the groom and bride for this event. The Elephant Camp will take us to the Zambezi Royal Sunset Cruise. You need to be ready at least 30 min before at the main tent. While waiting for everyone, you can relax with a chilled cocktail. 🍸

Attire: Suggestions for the ladies - Sundresses, colorful prints, summer maxi dresses, no high heels, wedges and elegant hats are welcomed. Suggestions for the gentlemen: Suits in light tones, white linen long sleeve shirts, long linen pants, NO jeans. Kaki colors and Panama hats are perfect for this occasion.
A shuttle will pick up all of the guest at the Elephant Camp. Please be ready 30 min before at the main tent. The distance from the Elephant Camp to the wedding venue is around 15 min.

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.
After so much celebration the Groom and Bride has prepared for their guest a lunch at the Lookout Cafe. (No extra cost for any guest) The Lookout Café perched 120 metres above the turbulent rapids of the Zambezi River, the café overhangs the spectacular chasm of the Batoka Gorge, just down from the iconic Victoria Falls Bridge, which forms part of its backdrop.

Safari Attire is suggested: Kaki, green olive, beige and white colors are recommneded.
Chobe National Park is well known for its large herds of elephant that frequent the Chobe River on a daily basis. This excursion is not paid by the groom and bride. If you want to participate on this safari a $175 per person fee will be charged by The Elephant Camp and you must be ready 30 min before. (If you are participating this day, please let us know as soon as possible, as a $50 visa has to be arranged prior to arrival)
