What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Seating for the ceremony will start at 4pm EST. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. It is recommended that you arrive at least 15 minutes early.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love all your kiddos, we ask that the ceremony and reception remain adults only unless your child is in the wedding party. We hope this will allow you a much-deserved night off to celebrate with us!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding cocktail attire/business professional. Cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, blouse and slacks, suit and tie or sports coats are encouraged.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! We will be serving a sit down plated dinner with a duet pairing of chicken and steak. Should you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know in your RSVP and the venue will provide a meal accommodating any dietary restrictions.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Hotel Covington is a short 2 minute walk from our ceremony and reception location at The Madison Event Center- South. For those who choose to stay at another hotel there will be free parking provided the day of the wedding behind Hotel Covington. Uber and Lyft are the main transportation services in the Cincinnati/Covington areas for those who would prefer not to drive.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We are registered on Zola, Macy’s, and Amazon. All registered gifts are linked on our wedding website under “Registry”.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will be holding a welcome reception for all wedding guests on Friday, October 21st from 7:30-9:30pm. Feel free to come and go as you please to mingle with the bride and groom before the big day! Beverages and light bites will be provided. If you’re able to join us, please let us know using the RSVP link in our website.
