Friday Night Welcome Reception

7:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Dressy Casual Attire: Anything goes from cocktail attire, sundresses, and slacks with a nice shirt.

We're so excited to welcome everyone to our weekend wedding celebration! Join us for an open bar and light snacks at The Pinnacle Ballroom in Covington, KY. Feel free to come and go as you please to mingle with the bride and groom during the hours of 7:30-9:30pm. The Pinnacle Ballroom is a short 4 minute walk from Hotel Covington. For those who prefer to drive, there will be complimentary parking at the 5th Street Garage across from the venue.

Ceremony and Reception

4:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, dark jackets and slacks, suits and ties.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. Seating will begin at 4pm and guest are encouraged to arrive by 4:15pm. The ceremony will be followed by dinner, drinks, and dancing! Dinner will include a plated duet meal of Filet Mignon and Chicken Coq Au Vin. Those with dietary restrictions will be provided an alternate meal. Parking: Complimentary parking is available in The City Center Parking Garage located behind Hotel Covington off of 7th street. When you enter the garage, you will receive a ticket that they can toss. Upon arrival to The Madison, a greeter at the reception desk will provide you with a new, validated ticket to put in the machine when they exit the garage. The address for the garage is 24E W 7th St, Covington, KY 41011 Complimentary parking is also available located on 8th street in an open surface lot across from the main entrance of The Madison South building, 740 Madison Ave. The address is: 16 E 8th St, Covington, KY 41011
