Question
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The wedding ceremony will take place inside the Chapel. Cocktail hour will be indoors and outdoors on the front patio of the Inn. The patios of the Inn will be accessible throughout the night for photos, breathers, mingling, etc!

What should I wear? Is there a Dress Code?
Answer
We are so excited to see our guests dressed up for our big day! The dress code for the Ceremony and Reception is black tie and we ask our guests to wear evening gowns and tuxedos.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
We were hoping you'd ask! The ceremony will begin at 5:30. We ask that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and seating.

Is there parking available?
Answer
There will be parking available for all events, located right outside each event location. We are so excited to have a fun weekend with everyone. Cars can and should be left overnight if you had more fun than expected! The reception will have a shuttle service to get you home should you need a ride.

The Golf Grille Window will be open for pick up breakfast - Try their breakfast biscuits or burritos! The Chef's Cupboard at the Graystone Inn will be open for pick up breakfast and snacks throughout the day- Try the apple fritters or pastries! Both locations have free coffee available to help energize you through the weekend! Please come down to the Lake to pick up your boxed lunch on Saturday from 12-2pm. The Golf Grille also offers a sit down or pick up lunch each day!

How do I pay for food and activities?
Answer
Every guest is assigned a temporary member charge number that they can use on the mountain. You can use this for golf, tennis, purchasing items at the store, and food. Your charge number will be waiting for you when you arrive, so please go the the Graystone Inn to receive it. Roaring Gap will send you a bill for your charges after the wedding.

Driving in Roaring Gap
Answer
Please remember to be careful and drive slowly around Roaring Gap. The roads are very narrow with many blind curves. Keep an eye out for people walking!

Is there somewhere to buy beer, wine, and groceries?
Answer
Yes! The Pro Stop is the closest option - turn right out of the club and it is located at the Citco Gas Station with beer, wine, food to go, and other necessities. There are grocery stores located in Elkin and Sparta about 20 minutes away!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We have tried our best to accommodate our guests, but unfortunately space is limited. If a plus one has been allotted to you, your invitation will reflect that. We look forward to spending the evening celebrating with our closest friends and family!

Answer
As we get closer to the wedding, updates will all be posted here to the wedding website. Should you have additional questions, please reach out to the bride and groom.
