Please join us for a pre-wedding welcome party! White Labs Brewing is a unique brewery that combines science and beer- one of our favorite stops when visiting Asheville White Labs is about a ten minute walk from downtown and there is also parking on site. There will be both inside and covered outside space reserved for our group and there will be food and drinks (if beer is not your thing, there is also a full bar) available for purchase. Feel free to stop by for some or all of the event

Wedding Transportation- To The Venue
3:15 pm - 4:00 pm
There will be two shuttles running from the AC Hotel in downtown Asheville to the wedding venue, one departing at 3:15pm and one at 3:20pm
Ceremony
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome and so are suits and cocktail dresses
Guests are welcome to arrive as early as 3:30pm to grab a drink and find a seat in the outdoor courtyard, but please arrive no later than 3:45pm
Cocktail Hour
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Cocktail Hour will include a fruit, cheese and charcuterie display and passed appetizers in the outdoor patio area
Reception
5:30 pm - 10:00 pm
5:30pm: Bride and Groom Entrance & First Dance 6:00pm: Dinner will include an Asian Inspired Station (gf, vegetarian & vegan options), an Italian Station and a Shrimp and Grits Bar 7:00pm: Party! 9:45pm: Sparkler Exit

We planned a wedding afterparty for those who would like to dance a little longer! Please join us at O.Henry's for some good music, good vibes, and late night pizza. We have a private reservation for the downstairs bar, called the Underground, so please RSVP if you'd like to attend so I can add your name to the guest list. There will be a doorman checking names upon entry. The venue offers full bar service available for purchase The wedding transportation will be dropping off at this location as well as the AC Hotel after the wedding. There will not be transportation from the afterparty to downtown, but O.Henry's is only a 10-15 minute walk or a 5 minute drive to central downtown Asheville
