Please double check when your passport expires and if you need to renew it. You will not be able to travel to Italy if your passport expires within 6 months of traveling. If you haven't already, you should start applying for your passport if you do not have one. Currently passport processing times are 6-8 weeks. If you can not obtain a passport, please inform us as soon as possible as you will need to be removed from the guestlist.
We are asking our guests to wear ALL BLACK in Black Tie / Formal attire. Attire for men: tuxedo or black suit, white dress shirt, black bow-ties or neckties, closed black shoes and socks. (No Jeans) Attire for women: black evening floor length gown, cocktail dress, black elegant suit and formal shoes. No flip flops will be tolerated. If you do not wear black and think "I thought this dark navy would pass" it in fact will not. Men or women that want custom suits: Des will be making custom suits for wedding for guests. Fully custom tux/suits will start at $800 for the guests, normally $2200.
Our dream is to have an intimate wedding with the people we love and those who have supported us throughout our lives and relationship. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are included in your invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be listed on your invite by name. Our wedding ceremony and reception will be taking place outdoors in a region in Tuscany about an hour away from Florence. The city is called Laterina.
