Shuttle

Shuttle from Hotels

We are providing transportation from both hotels to and from the venue for our hotel guests as well as any guests that would like to park at the hotels. NON-HOTEL GUESTS: we HIGHLY recommend that non-hotel guests utilize our shuttle service by ubering or driving to one from the hotels above, using our provided shuttle to and from the venue, and then either ubering or driving home at the end of the evening. THE SHUTTLE SCHEDULE IS AS FOLLOWS: 2:15pm - 3 shuttles (69 passengers) depart from Marriott Irvine Spectrum with a stop at the Courtyard Marriott about 12 minutes after, dropping off at the venue by 3:15pm 2:25pm - 3 shuttles (69 passengers) depart from Marriott Irvine Spectrum with a stop at the Courtyard Marriott about 12 minutes after, dropping off at the venue by 3:25pm 2:25pm - 3 shuttles (61 passengers) depart from Marriott Irvine Spectrum with a stop at the Courtyard Marriott about 12 minutes after, dropping off at the venue by 3:35pm *PLEASE NOTE: If you are planning on using the shuttle service but need to leave the venue before 8pm, you will need to get your own transportation out of the venue. THERE WILL NOT BE ANY SHUTTLES AVAILABLE TO LEAVE THE VENUE UNTIL 8PM, AND THERE WILL ONLY BE ONE AVAILABLE AT 8PM. However, if there is an emergency and you must leave, we will OF COURSE arrange that for you :) IN THE EVENING: ALL shuttles will be starting a cycle of transportation from the venue to the hotels at 10pm. The shuttle will stop at the Courtyard Marriott FIRST since it is the closest to the venue, and then at the Marriott Irvine Spectrum after. They will leave once they are half full and will be back at the venue by 12am to ensure seating for remaining guests going to the hotels. *PLEASE NOTE! It's very difficult to get ubers/lyfts from the venue. We highly recommend you pre-arrange transportation or take advantage of our shuttle transportation. There is also on-site parking and valet available for our guests if you choose to drive.
