What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please arrive to the venue no later than 3:30pm. We don't want you to miss a thing! :)
Question
Will there be a shuttle service provided?
Answer
We will be providing transportation from both hotels to and from the venue for our hotel guests as well as any additional guests that would like to park at the hotels. ALL SHUTTLE INFORMATION HAS BEEN ADDED TO THE TRAVEL SECTION OF THE WEBSITE! Please click here to view: https://www.zola.com/wedding/derekandkatiehernandez/travel PLEASE NOTE! It is very difficult to get ubers/lyfts from the venue. We highly recommend you pre-arrange transportation or take advantage of our provided shuttle transportation. There is also on-site parking and valet available for our guests if you choose to drive.

Can I get an Uber/Lyft from the venue?
Answer
More than likely, no! There is not great phone service at the venue, and ubers/lyfts are few and far between. There will be wifi available at the venue to connect to people, but we highly encourage our guests to get pre-arranged transportation or use our provided shuttle service. If guests would like to drive themselves to/from the venue, there is valet provided.

What will weather be like on the big day?
Answer
In November in Silverado, it is typically chilly, particularly in the evening. Please be mindful of your attire and bring a jacket or sweater. *UPDATE: There is going to be a chance of rain on the wedding day. We will be providing umbrellas and tenting of BOTH the ceremony and reception spaces should there be rain. Please plan attire accordingly. We will also be providing blankets for those who need additional warmth. Heaters will also be spread throughout the reception space. The ceremony and reception are both going to be outdoors. *UPDATE: There is going to be a chance of rain on the wedding day. We will be providing umbrellas and tenting of BOTH the ceremony and reception spaces should there be rain. Please plan attire accordingly.

What do I wear?!
Answer
Our wedding attire is cocktail attire. That typically includes a suit & tie for men and a cocktail dress for women (long or short)! Again, please note that it will likely be chilly in the evening, so please bring a jacket or sweater. Parts of the venue are paved with cobblestone. Stilettos are discouraged for your own comfort. Don't be afraid to bust out your dancing shoes, just have them be comfortable ones :) *UPDATE: There is going to be a chance of rain on the wedding day. Are children welcome at the wedding?
Answer
Due to venue requirements, we are unable to accommodate anyone under 21 at our wedding. We want you to have a night away from your little ones as well :) Please let us know if we can assist you in finding babysitting services!
