Meet The Crew

Angelina Reardon

Matron of Honor

Here is an oldie but goodie... both the picture and the friend. Angie is one of (now) two people who are allowed to touch my hair, face, and phone. After “duking” it out on the Jordan Jackson playground in 4th grade, Angie and I turned into, not only self- proclaimed, but High School Senior Superlative VOTED, best friends! I’m proud to have Angie as my Matron of Honor, even though we both think saying "Matron of Honor" is totally awkward (no offense Andy!) Not to mention... revenge is a dish best served 10 years later. #Speech! 🤣

Caitie Kenny

Maid of Honor

I’ve known Caitie for her whole life. (That happens sometimes with younger sisters). Whether we are driving around running errands, taking epic road trips, or shoving ourselves into a tiny bathroom fighting over the mirror because we forgot to get ourselves ready for our brother’s wedding (pictured above), we are, no doubt, having an OBNOXIOUSLY good time. One of the best things about Caitie, other than the fact that she can whip out the hambone at the drop of a hat, is her unwavering ability to turn grown up chores into adventures, the mundane into the magnificent, and her own rescue mission into an extreme day drinking excursion. 🍻#Cheers!

Kelly Kenny

Bridesmaid

Kelly is my older sister! She's known me all my life. I can and have always counted on Kelly for great advice... the older you get the wiser you get, after all! One of the best compliments I've ever gotten was from Kelly. I was overthinking Mike's and my first camping trip together. While Mike can fly by the seat of his pants with the best of us, I think we can also agree that he appreciates a well thought out plan (usually of his own). Not having been camping in a while, I found myself sending Kelly (the avid camper) several texts leading up to the trip trying to make sure I had everything covered. Kelly's response being, "What's the matter with you? You know how to go camping. Just be yourself... it's you he likes, not camping." #Touché

Colleen McCarthy

Bridesmaid

Colleen is my insta-sister-in law and Mike's sister, who welcomed me into her life and family with open arms. She's always willing to lend an ear or a hand, and equally as important, entrusts me when she needs an ear or a hand. Even though Colleen is much older than me (8 entire days), we are clearly bonded through our severe avoidance of middle child syndrome, and though she thinks she likes Halloween more than I do, I try not to remind her every year that I was born on the Day of the Dead. She doesn't like that. #Boo! 🎃

Michelle Doherty

Bridesmaid

Michelle is Mike's youngest sister and someone I have been happy to get to know and become closer to throughout the years. While it's clear that Michelle is a proud aunty to all of her nieces and nephews, it was heartwarming to watch her accept Malakai and Luka into the crew in the very beginning, especially, while Luka ran around the McCarthy vacation cape house yelling "Auntie Michelle, Auntie Michelle" after being included in an epic niece/nephew water gun battle. While I do actually have pictures of Michelle and me, the fact that she's always up for an arm wrestle with Mike, is completely underrated and needs to be exposed. 😁#OverTheTop

Ashley Swails

Bridesmaid

Of all the bars in all the world, Ashley had to walk into mine. 😂 Well, not mine, but one I had been working at for a long time. No one jumps for joy at the thought of training a new bartender, but before the night ended, I knew Ashley was, by far, one of the best additions to the Casey's family, and our friendship continued to grow from there, as did our ridiculous and hilarious (to us at least) inside jokes. While we can both agree that we sometimes let too much time pass by before getting together, we always seem to pick right back up where we left off. #MehSee? #Deetdeetdeedledeetdeetdeetdeetdeetdeet

Laurie Montanaro

Bridesmaid

Laurie and I started out by riding the coattails of our kindergarten boys best-friendship back in 2012 when we were chosen as kindergarten room parents. We quickly realized that we were two of the coolest (if I do say so myself) and embarked on a friendship of our own! While it was a bonus to attend school events with a mom I could call my friend, we graduated to non-school events, like Trick-or-treating, and not long after, we found ourselves getting together on our very own! We've shared our many ups and downs along the way, and I am so happy to have her be a part of this amazing journey with us. (Plus, she said she'll make the bridesmaids dresses if they don't come on time!) 😁

Daisy McCarthy

Bridesmaid

I had the pleasure of joining the McCarthy's for Sean (Mike's brother and Best Man) and Daisy's wedding cruise extravaganza! The only problem with that was, that I felt like I was walking around with an anvil on my head the whole time, and Daisy... well she was just missing. Luckily, over the past years, Daisy and I have been able to spend some time together on land and came to find out that we could make a good time out of anything together, as long as our feet were on the ground! Having a deck of cards within reach never hurt either. 😂 #BananaRat

Sean McCarthy

Best Man

Sean is my younger brother and Best Man. I was forced to let him tag along when we were kids (so I tortured him obviously), but as we got older, he became my best friend, business partner, fellow sports card aficionado and someone who I always can’t wait to spend time with. From sneaking off to the card store in search of whatever Tom Brady rookie cards we can get our hands on to taking the kids to any arcade we can find to playing drink all the beer during some of the most memorable trips I’ve ever been on, I can’t think of a time that I haven’t been disappointed to see our time together end. When Sean isn’t extracting information from bad guys, he enjoys diligently working on his Risk game in his secret door man cave with an endless supply of Kentucky Bourbon.

Johnny Fils-Aime

Groomsman

A wise man (Johnny) once told me, no matter where you are or what you are doing, if you aren’t having a good time, that’s on you. I love this quote. Johnny was Sean’s best friend back in high school and has always been a third brother to me. I can’t say enough good things about him. He lights up any room he is in no matter what is going on with an infectiously positive and fun-loving personality. Most importantly, hypothetically, if you find yourself needing a wingman to win a bet that you can drink 36 beers on a random Sunday, he will drop everything and show up with his own 36 in full support. When Johnny isn’t hosting open houses for future Minneapolis residents, he can be found watching Tucker Carlson reruns while teaching his three daughters the proper form on the bench press.

Mike Palumbo

Groomsman

Mike and I met in the 7th grade and immediately became friends. The first time we hung out, we walked to his house from school and, he convinced me to play ding dong ditch on this old lady’s house in Revere….as his mother answered the door, I ran down the stairs to see him laughing hysterically. He obviously wanted to be just like me, so we found ourselves on every team together through high school, with our basketball coach appropriately deeming us “PalumboMcCarthy”. When Mike isn’t lecturing his co-workers on their putrid financial decisions, he enjoys stealthily riding his bike around Milford and stealing chromies from his neighbors’ cars.

James Paul Kenny

Groomsman

Paul is Deirdre’s brother and someone that has become not just my soon to be brother-in-law but also a friend. Paul and Deirdre were best friends growing up and it’s easy to see why. A true family man, he is one of the hardest working and selfless people I have ever met, and he does it while always maintaining an easy-going personality that I admire immensely. It has been great to get to know him over the years and I look forward to more birthday parties for one of the million kids as well as finally teaching him how to play guitar. When Paul isn’t sneaking into random hospitals under the guise of being a “doctor”, he can be found chugging Sam Seasonal and timing himself running through various rented bouncy houses.

Christopher McCarthy

Groomsman

Chris is also my younger brother but, luckily for him, he was too much younger for me to really torture growing up! 😂. Our first trip together was when he was 9 months old, and our parents took only the two of us to the Miss America pageant in Atlantic City and now we are taking our own families together on vacation. I am happy to see how close our kids have become, and I look forward to seeing them grow up together. I admire the passion that Chris approaches everything with and always enjoy our lively debates. When Chris isn’t engaging in colorful political debates and working on his Abe Lincoln beard, he can be found diligently tending to his well-maintained home garden.

Charlie Bays

Groomsman

Charlie (Chuck to some) and I became friends years ago when he tried to show off his arm “firing” a football at me on a beach down the Cape. While we have shared plenty of good times together (most I can’t discuss here 😄), he’s a true friend, always willing to lend a hand, including attempting to keep us from embarrassing ourselves at softball tournaments, showing me how to use a tree saw to clear my hedges, and showing up early to help us move into our current home in Foxboro. When Charlie isn’t strong arming unsuspecting business owners into buying forklifts and generators, he spends his free time trying to outrun the Coast Guard on the Merrimack River.

P.J. Cady

Groomsman

I became friends with PJ through the friendship that had already developed between his son Sean and Malakai. We have spent many a night solving the world’s problems over whiskey and beer while reliving our youth through a mutual love for vintage sports cards. I always look forward to the next time he and Deirdre can thoroughly embarrass me with an expert knowledge of guitar play while I tag along. When PJ isn’t pursuing his ultimate goal of writing a ticket for every driver that passes through Dedham, he enjoys doing his best Bobby Knight impression terrorizing the youth of Foxboro as their coach.

Matt McNamara

Groomsman

I met Matt in the third grade, and he is my oldest friend. Some of the most memorable times of my childhood were spent with him, from dunk contests on the mini hoop in the street to his mother driving us to the Y (and always Pizza Hut after) to having sleepovers, often enjoying the completely inappropriate humor of a late-night Arsenio Hall show. We went to elementary school (two of them), high school and college together and our friendship has always epitomized the idea that old friends have a very unique way of picking up exactly where they left off, regardless of the amount of time that passes. When Matt isn’t acting as the spokesperson for CrossFit, he enjoys employing local film crews to record him in the kitchen as he finalizes the sequel to “Yan Can Cook.”

Deirdre Kenny

Bride

What can I say... I met up with a gambler... 🖤

The Kids!

Michaela • Malakai • Liam • Luka • Max

We’ve wondered why we couldn’t have found each other sooner… but we know why. We had to find these guys first, and start naming them all of the “M” and “L” names in order to eliminate the possibility of a life full of tired monogramed gifts! They’d be pointless at our house and always be getting mixed up! Cheers!
