Both airports are about the same distance from the city. You can take a cab, Uber, Lyft or the train to get into town from the airport.

You can buy a train ticket and take the blue line into the city if you're flying into O'Hare airport, or the orange line directly into the city if you're flying into Midway airport.

This hotel is brand new (just opened in April!) and located 1.6 miles from the wedding venue. It is located in the Fulton Market District which has some great options for restaurants and shopping that you could easily get to on foot. It is approximately 2 miles from downtown Chicago if you're wanting to do some sight seeing.

This is where we will be staying before and after the wedding! It's located downtown and a little more of a hike from the wedding venue, 3.4 miles to be exact. If your plan is to explore downtown Chicago on foot, this would be a great spot! And the biggest selling point of all -- we'll be there! 😉

Airbnb

Another option to booking a hotel room is looking for a rental on Airbnb. We use Airbnb when we travel and have never been disappointed! This is a great option if you're traveling with family or friends and wanting to share a space with kitchen and living area included. Anywhere downtown will be a good choice or any of the neighborhoods on the outskirts of downtown. You can use the map on the site to plug in the address of the wedding venue to see how far away the rental is.
