Winter 2008: Boy goes to a house party in Boulder. Boy notices girl for the first time. Boy plays a drinking game with girl. Girl makes good first impression. Boy never forgets girl. Summer 2009: Girl goes to a bar on the Hill and sees the boy for a second time. Boy makes a good impression. Girl tells boy that he's cute. Girl never forgets boy. 2009 - 2012: Boy and girl live their lives separately, casually connected through friends. Boy says he always knew he would date the girl, one day. May 2012: Boy and girl reconnect on trip to Lake Powell. Boy and girl find excuses to be near each other the entire trip. Boy and girl knew a spark was lit but... Boy and girl remain "just friends" June 2013: Boy asks girl to get "intelligent drinks and casual conversation". Girl laughs. Boy and girl go on best first date ever. Boy and girl quickly fall in love. January 2014: Boy and girl move in together. Boy and girl become best friends. Boy and girl couldn't imagine life with anyone else. August 2018: Boy and girl go backpacking to Snowmass Lake. Boy asks girl if he can spend the rest of his life with her. Girl says "of course, I mean, yes!" August 2020: Boy and girl self-solemnize on top of a mountain in a private ceremony amidst a global pandemic. Boy and girl were surrounded by love and wildflowers and became man and wife. August 2021 Boy and girl invite their families and best friends to celebrate, cry, laugh, and dance all night. Boy and girl count their lucky stars.
