How Do I Get to the Wedding Venue? Is there Parking Available at the Venue?

Answer

We will have transportation to and from the designated hotel (Hampton Inn & Suites) and the wedding venue. Uber and Lyft will not be available, but there is parking available on site.

What Time Should I Arrive at the Ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 4PM so that you have time to find a seat and admire the mountains! The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30PM

What Should I Wear?

Answer

Tuxes are not required. Dark colored suits with neck ties are encouraged. Ladies to wear midi or floor length dresses. Please be mindful that majority of the wedding will be outdoors in the mountains - coats, wraps and thicker heel for the ladies are recommended.

Can I Bring My Kids?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. We encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself!

Can I Bring a Guest?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, your invitation will note it. Thank you for understanding!

What Should I Wear to the Welcome Party?

Answer

Mountain Cocktail. Dresses or Pantsuits for the ladies. Dark jeans or slacks for the men.
