The story of David and Chrissy’s love began at one of the most memorable times in a young adults' life: college. The two crossed paths for the first time at a fraternity party which, that night, had an especially romantic ambiance. After some witty banter and smooth talking, numbers were not exchanged and David was forced to track down one of Chrissy’s friends to get her number. Of course, only to call and remind her what a great time she had the night before. Instantly, the two were inseparable which, at that time, meant David calling Chrissy incessantly hoping she would give him a chance. After countless weeks of rejection, Chrissy finally gave in and accepted David’s offer for a formal date. Turns out one of David’s best traits is planning dates because after that, Chrissy no longer needed convincing. The relationship blossomed from dates at the local happy hour sushi joint - where Chrissy neglected to tell David she hated seafood until multiple visits later - to trips to Lake Tahoe, Mexico, Asia, Hawaii, Italy and eventually three months on the road in a small car (how far we’ve come!). Ten years later, David and Chrissy’s love has continued to strengthen every day since that fateful night in college. We are looking forward to starting this next adventure together, and can’t wait to celebrate with all of the people we love the most in one of our favorite places.
