Anyone flying in from outside of Washington should fly into Seattle. Sun Mountain Lodge is approximately 3.5-4 hours from the airport. There are no shuttle options available so you'll need to either rent a car or plan to carpool with another wedding guest.

All wedding events will take place at this location. We would love to have everyone stay on-site if possible! All rooms are blocked under the group number 45P4XW or ask to be put in the "Mentor/Schoettler Wedding Group." If you are in the wedding party, your room has already been assigned for you - so double check that you are already in their system (you will still have to book it with a deposit). NOTE: We have the room block until July 1, 2022, at which point Sun Mountain will release the rooms & you will not be eligible for the discount. If you can, please make all reservations prior to this date. FOR EXISTING RESERVATIONS: If you have already made a reservation, please call Sun Mountain Reservations (same 1-800 number above) to confirm that your room reservation has been moved out to 2022.
