Covid 19 Update & FAQs

While we are so excited to see you all, the health and safety of our guests is our top priority. We will adhere to whatever the local ordinances dictate at the time of the wedding, and will update you all on the relevant restrictions as the day gets closer. We appreciate your help and understanding to ensure the health and comfort of everyone in attendance.
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP on our website by June 9.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, the Wheeler Parking Lot is nearby the wedding venue. If you are staying within Copper, there's a free shuttle that runs approximately every 15 minutes that will take you to the venue in East Copper.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are recommending "mountain formal" attire. Please keep in mind that temperatures in the mountains tend to drop at night so please bring a sweater or light jacket in the event that it cools off in the evening.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! We’ve put together a list of vetted babysitting services that you can book directly so you can enjoy the evening: Resort Sitters, Sitter-Scout, and Mountain Sitters LLC.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please let Daphne or Graham know when you RSVP so we can ensure your dietary needs are met by the Chef.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

There will be a "Bourbon, Beer, and Burgers" brunch following the wedding on Saturday the 10th, from 11-1 at JJ's Tavern. All wedding guests are welcome!

For all the days along the way
