A Chance Encounter Leads to Love during Covid-19 In July 2020, people were told to stay home, wear masks, and wash their hands 20 times a day. Bars, movie theaters and all essential businesses were closed. This was a time when we didn't know what the future held, and we were unable to see our family/friends due to health restrictions. Of course, that's when the couple randomly met in Norwalk, CT. With pent up frustration, Danya, her brother Jon, and another friend decided to venture out to a restaurant called the Spread. During this time, you had to sit outside and order food, while wearing your mask. Jon and friends sat at a communal table and started talking to then stranger, Evan. In fact, the owners at the restaurant seemed very friendly with Evan as well. So, Danya felt comfortable sitting next to Evan and chatting with him. Later that evening, Evan asked Danya out to dinner the next day. The couple became inseparable since that day. They were able to navigate around the most challenging times and find ways to have fun during lockdown by cooking, biking, and watching a ton of Netflix. That's what made the relationship so natural - early on, they realized they can be around each other all the time and be happy. They both value their relationships with their family and friends, and are thrilled to share their special day with you!
