September is a VERY popular wedding month on Nantucket, so we recommend that you book your travel and accommodations as soon as possible! Note that some hotels and rentals require a 3 night stay! GETTING HERE: There are 2 ferry companies, Steamship Authority and Hy-line, that run from Hyannis to Nantucket regularly. Seastreak offers service from New Bedford. We recommend buying tickets in advance. You can also fly to Nantucket directly from a number of places: https://www.nantucket-ma.gov/618/Airlines-and-Destinations STAYING HERE: The two options on island are to rent a house, or stay in one of the many boutique hotels and B&Bs. If you are a group, a rental may be a more economical option. Below you can find information for a realtor and a list of some hotel/B&B options, but there are numerous additional B&Bs on island if you google. Let us know if you have any questions!

If you're looking to rent a house, a number are available on VRBO and Airbnb. Many have 3 night minimums. Most owners on-island use traditional rental companies instead of online websites, so you can also contact Becky Becker at J Pepper Frazier (rebecca@jpfco.com).
