Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

If you choose to drive please arrive no later than 4:30 P.M. Note that there are a limited number of parking spots at the venue. There will be bus transportation from the Holiday Inn and the Fairfield Inn. The buses will be leaving at 4 P.M; plan accordingly!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have rooms blocked off for booking at both The Fairfield Inn and The Holiday Inn. There are a few other hotels that are close by as well.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have a food allergy or other dietary restrictions there will be an option to add it when you RSVP. Our caterer will make you a separate meal that is then served directly to you.

Transportation information

Answer

There will be transportation provided to and from the venue. The buses will begin to arrive at the Fairfield Marriott at 3:45 P.M. and 3:55 P.M. They will arrive at the Holiday Inn at 4:00 P.M. and 4:05 P.M. All buses will arrive at the venue by 4:30 P.M. There will be two transportation options from the venue. The first bus will be leaving at 8:00 P.M. for those who wish to leave then. The next buses will be leaving at 10:40 P.M. and 10:45 P.M.
