Bus Pick up

Busses will arrive at the Fairfield Marriot at 3:45 P.M. and 3:55 P.M. Busses will arrive at the Holiday Inn at 4:00 P.M. and 4:05 P.M.
Ceremony
5:00 pm

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather dependent). If needed it will be moved to inside the barn.
Reception
6:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
There will be an outdoor cocktail (weather dependent) immediately following the ceremony. The reception and dancing will be held indoors. There will be a beer and wine hosted bar during cocktail hour followed by a cash bar during the reception.
Bus Drop Off
10:45 pm
There will be an early bus leaving at 8:00 P.M. for those who wish to leave then. The final busses will leave at 10:40 P.M. and 10:45 P.M. and drop off at the Holiday Inn and then the Fairfield Marriot.
