Shuttle

The Courtyard by Marriott has a complimentary shuttle to and from Gervasi. The shuttle schedule will run two times ONLY prior to the start of the ceremony and 2-3 times after the reception. Each shuttle seats 11 passengers. The first day shuttle will leave at 3:30PM and the second shuttle will leave at 4:05PM. The night shuttles will start picking up guests at 10:30PM and will do 2-3 runs total for the remainder of the night. We also have provided our guests with a $15 Uber voucher that will be in effect from 7:30PM on Saturday, August 19th - 2:30AM Sunday, August 20th. The voucher code can be found at each table and the bar.
Hotel
We have 10 rooms blocked off for Friday, August 18th, and 10 king bedrooms and 15 double bedrooms (25 total rooms) for Saturday, August 19th at The Courtyard by Marriott. You can call and reference "Ott & Ross Wedding" to receive your discount or click the “view” button below to book via their website. Our discount is already attached to the link below. The cutoff date for the discount will be July 18th, 2023, so be sure to book prior to then. This hotel has a complimentary shuttle service to and from the Canton-Akron airport and to and from our venue (Gervasi Vineyard).
Flight
The Canton-Akron airport is about 10-15 minutes from the hotels and Gervasi (our venue). If you booked a room at the Courtyard Marriott they have complimentary shuttles to and from this airport.
Flight
The Cleveland airport (CLE) is only an hour away from Gervasi. It will most likely have cheaper flight options compared to Canton-Akron airport (CAK).
Hotel
Another hotel option. We do not have block of rooms at this hotel, but a great option.
