Both the ceremony and reception will take place at The Pavilion, an open-air structure, on the main grounds at Gervasi Vineyard.

If you're wondering if we've accounted for a "plus-one" guest for you, please refer to your invitation. All invitations that state "NAME and guest" are allowed a date to the big day.
Yes, we have 10 rooms blocked off for Friday, August 18th and 10 king bedrooms and 15 double bedrooms (25 total rooms) for Saturday, August 19th at The Courtyard by Marriott. You can book online using the "view" button / link on the "Travel & Accommodations" tab. You are also more than welcome to call and reference "Ott & Ross Wedding" to receive the discount. The cutoff date for the discount will be July 18th, 2023, so be sure to book prior to then. Check out our "Travel & Accommodations" tab for more information.

The RSVP deadline is Saturday, July 22nd, 2023. No, you will not mail in a RSVP card. Please RSVP virtually by visiting our "RSVP" tab. You will be able to RSVP for others if need be.
We are politely asking that you dress to impress! Semi-formal/cocktail attire is the theme. Think cocktail dresses, LBDs (little black dresses), dressy jumpsuits, sports coats, blazers, ties, and slacks.
Absolutely! If you have any sort of dietary restriction, please let us know when you RSVP - There is a text box that allows you to specify this.
There will be a parking attendant at the entrance of the vineyard, guiding you to The Pavilion / parking lot. Parking is free. Our venue has a brick walkway leading up to The Pavilion.
Our wedding ceremony is an "unplugged" event meaning that we request all guests put away cell phones, cameras, and any other devices to allow the opportunity for all to be "present in the moment". However, we encourage guests to post pictures from the reception on to their social media platforms. Our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #OttToBeARoss so we can see of all of your pictures!
