Do I need to wear a face mask?
Answer
If you are unvaccinated you must wear a face mask. It is the policy of the venue and we want to keep all guests and staff safe. If you are unvaccinated and not comfortable wearing a face mask, please attend via zoom. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation. These requirements are meant to keep our loved ones, ourselves and the staff at our venue safe.

How do I properly wear a face mask?
Answer
Wearing face masks is something that we can do every day to help prevent the spread of the virus. You should always wear one when you go out to public places and anytime you’re around people who do not live in your household. • It should cover your mouth and nose • It should be snug but comfortable against the sides of your face • It should be secured with ties or ear loops • It should be made with multiple layers of material • It must allow you to breathe without restriction • Disposable masks should be thrown away after each use Source: www.everymaskup.com

Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be outdoors. If there is inclement weather the ceremony will be covered. The cocktail hour will also be outdoors. The reception will be indoors.

Although we love your little ones, this is an adult only affair.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We have a strict guest list to stay safe and within COVID-19 state guidelines, as well as on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

What should I do if I can’t make it?
Answer
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly. You are also welcome to attend the ceremony virtually! We will be sharing a zoom link on this website when it is ready.

Yes! All of the locations for our event are wheelchair accessible.

Will there be any vegan / vegetarian / gluten free / special diet options?
Answer
Yes! There will be vegan options and we can accommodate other dietary restrictions if you let us know ahead of time.

Where can we eat?!
Answer
There is one restaurant for sit down breakfast on site as well as a coffee shop with grab and go options. There are four restaurant options on site for lunch, one of which is grab and go style. There are three restaurants on site for sit down dinner. Room service is not available, but take away is possible from the restaurants. All sit down options require a reservation. The Windsor - breakfast, lunch and dinner. Formal dining. Lake view - dinner. Formal dining. The Taproom - lunch and dinner. Casual bistro style dining. Corner Roast - coffee and grab and go breakfast The Market - grab and go lunch & ice cream! Callaways - lunch on the course The hotel is fully booked the weekend of our wedding, so please plan ahead!
