Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, Parking will be available at the Virginia Center for Creative Arts. Follow the signs and we will have people directing parking.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We invite you to enjoy a kid-free evening! We would love to see your kiddos at the welcome drinks Friday and the Sunday picnic. Infants under 12 months welcome to all events!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
There will be a small shuttle from the Elston Inn to the VCCA, it will make several trips throughout the night to make sure everyone gets home safely!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Feel free to let us know about food allergies but there will be plenty of options for our vegetarian, vegan, and alpha gal friends!
Question
Will the wedding and reception be held outdoors?
Answer
We are planning to hold the wedding ceremony outdoors, with a hybrid indoor/outdoor reception and dinner, weather permitting. The grounds of the venue at the Virginia Center for the Creative Arts (VCCA) are beautiful to explore prior to the ceremony or during the cocktail hour following. Maps of the grounds and outdoor sculptures will be provided.
