Which airport will I be flying into?

Answer

Despite the Washington address the venue is just 30 minutes form Portland, so fly into the Portland (PDX) airpot.

Are children welcome?

Answer

We would love to have your little ones celebrate with us! There will be a bunch of lawn games and other fun activities for all ages.

Does Lyft/Uber go to the venue?

Answer

Unfortunately they do not. There will be plenty of parking on venue, camping available onsite, and taxis if you need them. Please drive responsibly.

What is the attire?

Answer

Semi formal attire. Dress your best, with the beautiful outdoor venue in mind. There will be lot of grass.

Will there be vegetarian food options?

Answer

Yes there will be plenty of meat free (and meat) options. There won't however, be any vegan entrees. There will be vegan appetizers, sides and salads. If you're vegan please let us know.

May I bring a plus one?

While we would love to celebrate with everyone and all of their loved ones due to seating limitations we ask that only those included on the invitations come to the wedding.

What are the hours of the wedding?

We ask that guests arrive at 4:00pm Detailed day of schedule will be available closer to the wedding date.

Is it an open bar?

Answer

Absolutely! It will be an open bar till 11:00pm.

Where should I park?

Answer

After arriving at the top of the windy driveway you will find a parking attendant to direct you where to park. Please do not park in the driveway to the Guest House.

Are the ceremony and reception wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, there's a ramp that leads to a specific section of seating for the ceremony and the reception dinning is available by wheelchair as well. There will also be a handicap restroom. The venue does expand from the top of a hill to the plateau at the bottom, so not everywhere will be accessible. Please let all passengers in need of handicap accessibility out at the Guest House, before parking.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Portland is home to very unpredictable weather. I would love to tell you it's going to be warm and clear. But there's always a chance for rain in the PNW and it tends to be chilly still in the evenings of early June. So bring something to stay warm with just in case, and check the weather the day of--things change by the minute here!
