These are the best hotel options in proximity to the venue. Although in Waynesboro, based on its location, these hotels are closest. It is about a 10-15 minute drive. You are free to book other accommodations to best fit your needs (airbnb/ VRBO). If you need help finding one, please reach out. We will be happy to provide some options! A shuttle will be provided to and from the hotel locations only. Uber and Lyft are unfortunately rarely available in the area, so please keep that in mind. If you are staying downtown, Hotel 24 is walking distance if you would like to catch the shuttle there. We are working on additional transportation options for people staying elsewhere. Please let us know where you are staying once booked so we can plan accordingly. You will likely still take the shuttle to the event but hoping to get drivers for the end of the night. Staunton is small so close proximity is on our side! There is an abundance of parking at the venue if you wish to drive as well.

Shuttle Information

The shuttle company is Easy Riders Bus Company. We have 2 buses that will make making 2 different routes the day of. Bus 1: 1. Blackburnn Inn 2. Hotel 24 3. Holiday Inn Staunton Conference Center The first stop (Blackburn Inn) to be picked up promptly at 3:00pm. There will be cards in your welcome bags at the hotel for you to be aware of the shuttle times. If you have not received a welcome bag, please see the front desk at your hotel. Bus 2: 1. Tru Hilton & Fairfield Inn Suites (same parking lot) 2. Best Western 3. Avid Hotel Again the first stop will be picked up promptly at 3:00pm. The shuttles will wait at each stop for about 5 minutes before heading to the next. Please be prompt and respectful to drivers and their buses. There will be water bottles and chips waiting on these buses at the end of the night for my snackers. These shuttles will be available to take people to the venue before the wedding and back to these exact locations after. The buses will also be making a stop at the after party after the wedding ends. There is a private van and driver (free of charge) for us to take all night long. They will be available to drive everyone back to their specific accommodations after the after party so do not worry about a ride, we have you covered!! The van will be driven by Crystal Heishman - (423) 791 - 2062 - Please mention that you are needing a ride for our wedding when contacting her. She will be available to pickup people before the wedding from airbnbs around town, but please text her early and make plans as she can only get so many people before having to make a drop-off/ loop back and we want to make sure you get to the venue with ample time to get settled. Lastly, you are welcome to drive and park at the venue. There is tons of parking and your car CAN be left overnight!
