Arrival

Dakota & Abhi will be arriving and settling in. All are welcome for a casual day of setting up camp, swimming in the river and enjoying the sauna.
Friday, September 6, 2024
Yoga
8:30 am - 9:30 am
A morning vinyasa flow will take place at the meadow in front of the center stage. The class will be all levels and beginner friendly. Wear something breathable that you feel comfortable to move in and bring water, a yoga mat if you have one, or a blanket or towel. Please arrive a few minutes early to set up and ground yourself before we begin :)
Brunch
10:00 am - 11:30 am
This is an optional meal addition so there are more communal food options on the campground. Please RSVP and venmo $10 to @CedarBloomWedding so we can plan accordingly.
Play Time
12:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Let's play! Tune into your inner child and have fun! We will have lawn games, river floaties as well as some more organized games like 3 legged races, ultimate frisbee, and capture the flag. Feel free to bring any of your favorite facilitators to fun, whether that's a toy, an instrument, a game or a beverage! Dress comfortable for summer camp play, and bring a swimsuit and towel if you would like to swim in the river or enjoy the sauna.
Meet & Greet + Welcome Dinner
5:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees. Wear shoes comfortable for walking in the grass and a layer to transition into cooler outdoor evening temps.
There will be an optional catered dinner that begins at 5:30 (Taco buffet). If you would like to attend, please RSVP and then venmo $17 to @CedarBloomWedding.

Ceremony
3:30 pm - 4:00 pm
Let's get these kids hitched! The ceremony grove is to the right of the parking lot, through the archway. On the map above, it is labeled "wedding garden". Please arrive no later than 3:15 to get settled so that the ceremony can start promptly at 3:30. Dress is festive chic: Be creative and show your style! Festive hats, patterns, boots, velvet, silk, etc. Above all, wear what you feel most comfortable and authentic in, which will be unique to you! Wedding colors: terracotta, copper and gold
Reception
4:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Cave Junction, OR 97523
Following the ceremony, please cross the courtyard to join us at the reception in the "main meadow"! Cocktail hour will be followed by dinner, speeches and a night of dancing. A skate rink is adjacent to the reception, if you feel inclined to bring some wheels :)
