Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

As soon as possible is preferred. At the latest we request responses by August 15th

Do you have a hotel block or any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Since we have guests planning to stay in different accommodations all over town, we do no have a wedding block. Please see our Travel page with different hotel recommendations. Events will be taking place at The Dewberry Charleston, which is a beautiful hotel downtown. We have more affordable recommendations on our website, as well.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Since we feel we have a lot of the things we want in our new home, we would appreciate gifts to help make our dream honeymoon come true! Travel is important to both of us, and we look forward to this being a big part of our future together :)

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Since our guests will be staying all over town, we will not be providing transportation. If you are staying downtown, our main wedding events will be taking place at The Dewberry Charleston, which is central. If you are unable to walk to the hotel, it should be a very short Uber. If you are staying in another part of town (such as over the bridge into Mt. Pleasant) - we recommend taking an Uber or renting a car to explore all that Charleston has to offer.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving by 5:00pm. The ceremony will begin at 5:30pm, however we would like guests to arrive, mingle, and enjoy the music

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we LOVE all of your kiddos, we prefer to keep this event Adults Only. We hope that you'll be able to bring yourselves and have a great night out!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The Dewberry Charleston offers Valet Parking for $6/vehicle

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let one of us know ASAP if you have a special dietary restriction.
