Do: Hudson Valley Hiking
There are numerous trails in the area! Some close by suggestions: Cornish Estate Loop-Level: 6/10. You can walk to the trailhead from Main St in Cold Spring. Great, non intense hike and awesome views up and down the Hudson. Make sure you start on the northern most trail head. Breakneck Ridge- Level 9/10. Short but STEEP hike. Only recommended for skilled hikers as there are scrambles along the trail.
Do: Hudson River Expeditions
Have some fun on the Hudson before the wedding! Paddle board or kayak rentals and/or tours are available right from Cold Spring!
Do: Dia:Beacon
Contemporary art exhibit. People come from all over to visit!
Do: Fishkill Farms

Shop: Woodbury Common Premium Outlets
The best shopping in the area. HIGHLY recommend if you are an early riser on Saturday or are in town early on Friday and want to take advantage before the wedding. Only a 30 minute drive from Cold Spring and Fishkill, you will not be sorry. A must while in the area.

Adorable shop!. Highly recommend popping in if you're staying in town.
Do: West Point
There is a home football game the day of the wedding but if you are in the area early enough, definitely check it out!

Organic cafe on Main St. Simple but reservations are needed.
Eat: Il Barilotto Enoteca
One of Courtneys favorite local restaurants she has frequented with Lala and Ted. If Courtney approves the pasta, you know you're in for a good meal. Reservations required. Located a 3 minute Uber ride from the Fishkill hotels.
Eat: Cold Spring Cheese Shop
Cheese and charcuterie, Freds got-to. Grab a sandwich before the wedding or when you're nursing your hangover on Sunday.

A great spot for lunch or casual dinner! Courtney and Fred have been here many, many times with Lala. Casual atmosphere and no reservation required for dinner. Located a 3 minute Uber ride from the Fishkill hotels.

Brewery off of Main St. in Beacon.

Only a 25 minute drive from Fishkill! Great view of the valley.

Beer and games overlooking the hudson. Just a walk up from the river.
