Hike and Hang in Joshua Tree

Come hang with us in Joshua Tree National Park! We'll be setting up camp at Sheep Pass Group Campground, site G01, GOOGLE MAPS LINK: https://goo.gl/maps/VP4LvLYotkM2 We have the campsite starting with setup at 12pm on Thursday, 10/25, thru the night until 12pm on Friday, 10/26. Plan to hike some nearby trails during the day, frolic in the park, bonfire at sunset, and stargaze into the night. You're welcome to camp out over night if you're equipped to do so! Yoga will start promptly at 10am followed by a Sound Bath. We'll be resting comfortably in the deeply resonant, multi-wave sound chamber while a sequence of quartz crystal singing bowls are played, each one keyed to the energy centers or chakras of the body, where sound is nutrition for the nervous system. The results are waves of peace, heightened awareness, and relaxation of the mind and body.
