Jackson and I met in Virginia in December of 2020. Our first date was a sunset hike in Great Falls Park. The very next morning, Jackson asked if he could make the hour plus drive back to me to do it all over again for a second date. It's safe to say we've been inseparable since!

After a morning of fishing, I took Corinne on a short hike above Homewood in Lake Tahoe. We rounded a bend in the trail where a large boulder provided an excellent overview of the entire lake. I set up the camera to capture a picture and took my place next to Corinne. Turning to her, I got down on one knee, told her that I wanted to build our life together, realize our dreams together, and asked her to marry me. The trail we took is now known to the family as Engagement Rock.
