Hi everyone - if you're staying at the Courtyard by Marriott, please reach out to Corey at 610-945-8004. As of booking cutoff date March 1st, we did not have anyone booked to our block at the Courtyard and are therefore not planning to run any shuttles to/from that hotel. If you are booked there and need transportation, please let us know and we'll get you sorted. If you are still looking for a hotel and would like transportation for the reception, please book at the Residence Inn. --- We have a room block at the Residence Inn in West Orange area. The hotel is within a 10 minute drive from both the ceremony and reception venues. It will have a shuttle for transportation to and from the reception. To make reservations online click "View" to see the room blocks, or directly call the hotel and identify yourself as part of the "Waugh/Chang Wedding". After the cutoff date, the hotel may accept reservations at the group rate on space- and rate-available basis.

Shuttle

Shuttles To & From Reception

April 2, 2022 5:15 pm - 11:00 pm

We'll be running shuttles from the Residence Inn to the reception venue (Women's Club of Glen Ridge) before the cocktail hour begins at 5:30pm. There will also be shuttles running back to the hotel after the reception concludes. The shuttle will be departing the Residence Inn at 5:15pm to bring guests to the reception venue for the cocktail hour beginning at 5:30pm. Please be ready in the lobby 5-10 minutes before the shuttle arrives. Additional shuttles will follow on an as-needed basis to pick up any remaining guests. At the end of the reception at 11pm, shuttles will be at the venue to shuttle guests back to the hotel.
