PLEASE NOTE: You may need to get ready for the ceremony prior to traveling as the earliest check in time is technically at 4pm when the cemony starts. The rooms may be available to check in earlier but this cannot be guaranteed. However, each guest may call ahead to check status the day of and ask about early check in. If they cannot accomodate, please ask for a late check in over the phone in which they will confirm details and process payment doing the check in verbally. Then they will leave a key in the room for you, door unlocked as an option. Either way, it is best call ahead to discuss with them. There are many weddings in the area that weekend so they will be busy but will do their best to accomodate early checkins when able. Both the staff and people that own it are the sweetest people and they go above and beyond when they are able to make guests happy. If you have not booked a room yet, this is the closest hotel to our venue and also has a variety of options for booking. Aside from regular hotel rooms, they have cabins, a treehouse, tiny houses, and RVs/RV parking spots available for rent. They have a bar onsite and a huge variety of indoor/outside games to play along with a beautiful lighted patio. Please note that there are two other weddings booked at our same venue that weekend (Friday and Sunday weddings) so they will book very quickly. To book one of the rooms we have blocked you must call to book those. Otherwise book on their website online as soon as possible please.
