We want everyone to have a great time and most importantly to be safe. We have booked a transportation service to deliver guests to the venue in two trips. The first departure leaves the Pineola Lodge at 3pm, the second at 3:30pm. They will also take guests back to the Pineola after the reception see timeline for further pick up details to go back to the hotel.
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Cocktail Attire - Make sure to dress warm for the ceremony as it will be outside weather permitting.
Cocktail hour (inside) to follow ceremony.

There will be a few light bites in addition to cocktails. We look forward to seeing you!
5:30 pm - 9:15 pm
Come hungry for great food, desserts, and bring your dancin' shoes!
7:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Guests will be picked up and returned to the Pineola after the reception at 3 available times: departing at 7:30pm, 8:30pm, & final departure at 9:30pm after the sparkler send off. They can transport 32 people each trip.
