WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT RSVP IN TIME?

Answer

If we do not get an RSVP back by the date in which we provided, it will be marked as a "No." We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide total guest counts to the venue in the timely manner. Thank you for understanding!

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

ARE KIDS INVITED?

Answer

We love all of the children in our life. However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

WILL THERE BE TRANSPORTATION AVAILABLE?

Answer

We will be providing a shuttle service for our guests before the ceremony and again in the evening. Our shuttle will transport guests to and from the venue, with stops at the Bainbridge Island Ferry terminal and on Winslow Way (central to the hotels on the island). More specific information regarding the shuttle is available in the “Travel” tab.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

Please plan on arriving by 3:30 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00. (If you are taking the ferry in from Seattle on the day-of, check out the "Travel" section for info on where/when to catch our shuttle)

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking available just outside the Manor House and throughout Pleasant Beach Village.

WHY COULDN’T I PICK A FOOD OPTION ON MY RSVP?

Answer

For dinner, we will be having a family-style meal instead of a traditional plated dinner. This means that all food options will be available to all of our guests. No need to choose a meal months in advance! There will also be gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options available.

WILL THE WEDDING TAKE PLACE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception seating will be outdoors under a large glass solarium tent. Cocktail hour will be outdoors on a partially covered patio. Our dance floor, full service bar, and restrooms are indoors.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is formal attire. For those that prefer to wear dresses, Floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses are perfect. Please do not wear any variation of white. If you are wearing a suit, please wear a tie. For cohesive photos, we would love it if our guests stuck to a neutral color palette. No jeans or denim please.

WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE?

Answer

In May, the weather in the Seattle area tends to stay between the mid 60s-mid 70s, dipping into the 50s at night. Although our venue is outdoors, the ceremony and reception will mainly be covered. So no need to worry about rain!

WILL THERE BE A BAR?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar with beer, wine, and liquor provided! There will also be non-alcoholic options and coffee available.
