Holyoke Heritage State Park opened in 1986 on the site of the William Skinner Silk Mill. It has paved trails along the canal and around local museums, including the Children’s Museum and Volleyball Museum. There is a playground, sprinkler area, and visitor’s center. A highlight is the antique carousel in the center of the park!
