Please navigate to the RSVP tab on our website and complete the form by May 1st, 2024.
Guests who would like to purchase a gift are strongly encouraged to ship it to our home instead of bringing it to the wedding. This will help keep logistics simple on our special day. Our registry can be found in the "Registry" tab and allows you to ship the gift directly to us. We will have a card box available at the wedding for those who would like to bring a card.
The wedding ceremony and reception are in the same location: The Log Cabin (500 Easthampton Rd, Holyoke, MA 01040).
A little of both! Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside overlooking the local mountain valley. Cocktail hour will primarily be on the patio terrace, and the main indoor space will open for the reception.
If the weather is sunny, we recommend sunscreen, sunglasses, and/or a hat. If the weather is cooler, don't forget a jacket! Cash to tip the bar staff would be a classy move if you plan on imbibing. If the shoes you plan to wear are more aesthetic than comfortable, you might consider packing dancing shoes so you can take full advantage of the dance floor.
Transportation will be provided to guests staying at the D. Hotel. For those staying at the Fairfield Inn & Suites or elsewhere and looking for a ride, we recommend Uber or Lyft. Both services have a scheduling feature if you would like to book your rides in advance. Personal vehicles may be left at the venue overnight and picked-up in the morning if you choose to drive the first leg and opt for alternate transportation after festivities begin. Please note that the shuttle is only available for guests of the D. Hotel.
Yes! There is plentiful parking at the wedding venue (The Log Cabin) and after party location (the D. Hotel).
We encourage picture taking at all events EXCEPT the ceremony. Please, please, please help us have an unplugged ceremony and put your phone away for that portion of the celebration. Our photographer is fantastic and we will share ceremony photos upon request when we receive them.
For those concerned about crowd size (~100-120), the ceremony will be outdoors and patio terrace area open for the remainder of the celebration. The patio will be heated by a wood fire hearth for continued use during the evening hours. Outdoor areas will only be used as weather permits and we will post a notice on this website if our rain plan takes effect (i.e., events moved indoors). Masking is also an acceptable and encouraged choice for those who would feel more comfortable in indoor spaces wearing a mask.
Yes, of course. We understand that plans can change, or maybe you want a different meal! To alter your RSVP, please reach out to Michael and/or Becca directly.
