Invitations will be addressed for arrival upon 6pm as the ceremony starts at 6:30pm. If you are late please understand the staff may not allow you to sit for the ceremony as the bride and groom do not want any interruptions due to videography in progress
Yes! The ceremony will take place at 6:30pm and reception to follow, all at The Vineyards of Aquebogue as listed under the “Schedule” tab. Although there is no valet the Vineyards has plenty of parking to secure a spot if you choose to drive. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors, cocktail hour on the deck, and reception indoors
Although we love your little ones, we wish for you to enjoy a kid free affair! We decided on an age limit, inviting those who are 14 years and older, with the exception of our flower girls. We hope you don’t take it personal and can arrange a kid free night out
Unfortunately there is a limit on the guests we are able to invite and cannot accommodate a plus one for everyone. If we have allowed you a plus one, they will be listed on the “RSVP” tab when you respond. If you feel we left out someone important, just let us know. However please understand that our limitations may mean our hands are tied
We booked a stay for our wedding night at the Preston Hotel in Riverhead and plan to spend the weekend out east, location TBD
You should know we would love to wake and eat with everyone who chose to stay the night at one of the local hotels, however we do love our sleep! We plan to sleep in until check out. You may find us at a local spot for brunch but no set plans have been made. The discounted hotels have a complementary breakfast so please feel free to ask the front desk of the hotel you'll be staying at for more information
There are more hotels in the area as well as airbnbs that you can try to book. We chose the listed discounted hotels because we found they are closest to the venue and most accommodating. There are only so many rooms so book asap. The following are also some nearby hotels recommended by the venue: Hilton Garden Inn, Residence Inn Marriott, and Holiday Inn Express
We are planning to enjoy the company of our family and friends who decided to make a weekend trip out of the wedding. We will be booking our stays out east on the north shore for the weekend and having a traditional honeymoon together later
When enjoying eastern Long Island, our favorite thing to do is explore new places for food and drinks! You can find some well known spots on the east end under the tab, "Things to do.” Our favorite places to visit are within the south shore Long Island towns such as Patchogue, Babylon, Bay Shore, and Davis Park on Fire Island. They have plenty of breweries, restaurants, local shops and more to explore
