This is about a 2.5 hour drive from the resort and is the only ruins site in the area to be a "wonder of the world".

Chichen Itza Tour

Isla Mujeres is just a short beautiful ferry ride from the resort. There are plenty of activities to do and things to see on this island!

Isla Mujeres

Tulum, a very popular city in Mexico is about 2 hours south of the resort but worth the drive. Seeing the historical ruins and cenotes would make a great day trip.
