Are children allowed at the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We adore your kiddos, but we respectfully request this is an adult-only event.

Question

What is the dress code? What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. Women should wear a dress, jumpsuit, or dress pants and blouse. Men should wear a dress shirt and slacks, with the option to wear a tie. Wear something you’re comfortable in - whatever brings you joy.

Will transportation be provided? Is there easy parking at the venue(s)?

Answer

Transportation will be provided for all guest on the day of the wedding. Parking is difficult in San Fransisco. Our charter bus will depart from the hotel (Homewood) at 10:30am to drive to the City Hall for the ceremony, then to Wayward Tavern for the lunch reception, then return all guest to the hotel by 4:30pm.

We sure hope you’ll be able to join us for your special day. With your invitation, there is an RSVP that you will complete.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We do have a hotel block for guests at Homewood Suites by Hilton San Francisco Airport-North. The dates are Feb 21-23. The group code is 900. Our discounted rate is $159/night. What if we want to extend our stay in San Francisco? Can we add dates to the hotel?

Answer

If you plan to extend your stay and want to stay at Homewood Suites, you will need to make a separate reservation. The room block and special rate only applies for February 21-23. Visit the "Things To Do" tab for city recommendations.

What time is the ceremony? What time is the reception?

Answer

Ceremony will be at 11:00am. A lunch reception will follow at 1:00pm.

What weather should I expect?

Answer

Typical February San Francisco weather is highs at 60 degrees and lows at 40 degrees.

Will the ceremony/reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place inside San Fransisco City Hall. Lunch will be held inside at the Wayfaire Tavern.

What type of food and drink will be served during the lunch reception?

TBD. We will be having the lunch reception at Wayfare Tavern.

I have dietary restrictions, what’s the best way to communicate that with you?

We definitely want to make sure you enjoy your time and meal on our wedding day, please let us know when you RSVP about your dietary needs.

Are you registered? Where should we ship your gift?

Answer

We are registered a few places, you can find the details on our Registry page. You should ship to our apartment (address should be provided on registry pages).

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We love photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, we’d like that time to be unplugged. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to post pictures!
