There are many airports to choose from when setting up your flights. The airport that we recommend flying into is Florence as that is where we are attempting to set up a shuttle/carpool bus to bring our guests to the Villas. So, please email me your itinerary at cgbork@gmail.com. If no one is flying in at the same time, details and information are below to book a shuttle, taxi, or uber! Google Flights is a great tool for searching multiple airlines in a single search and choosing the flights that best fit your schedule. Local Airports and time to Wedding Venue (Villa San Crispolto). Perugia: 40 minutes away Florence: 1 hour & 15 minutes away Rome: 2 hours & 20 minutes away Pisa: 2 hours & 20 minutes away

Taxi

For transportation to and from the villa, you can utilize the following taxi service as an option: My Tours & Transfers in Tuscany. Contact this company on WhatsApp to book your transportation. WhatsApp: +39 339 6333966 Note: Uber is also a thing in Italy! There is also a tram from the Firenze airport (Florence) to the central station (Firenze Santa Maria Novella). GEST is the tram name and it looks like they run about every 5 minutes. Looks to be about 11 stops between the airport and the central station. From the Firenze Santa Maria Novella to Passigano Trasimeno that you showed on the great map. There is a direct (meaning no change of trains) about every 2 hours between these two points. There are trains between the 2 hour cadence but one would need to change trains somewhere along the route (can be done but I'd just wait for one of the direct trains). You are right it's about $20 which is a bargain.
