MONDAY, OCTOBER 9TH
BREAKFAST - No Plans There are bakeries within a 5min drive WEDDING REHEARSAL (Wedding Party) Time: 10 A.M. - 1 P.M. Location: Villa REHEARSAL DINNER (All Guests) Pasta Party Time: 7:00 P.M. Location: Villa Price: Included
TUESDAY, OCTOBER 10TH
FAMILY BREAKFAST (All Guests) Time: 8:00 A.M. Location: Main Villa Price: Included WEDDING DAY! (All Guests) Location: Villa Price: Included - 2: 30 PM Pre bar served around the pool area for the groom and guests - 3 PM Ceremony Starts (WE GET MARRIED!!) - 3:30 PM End of Ceremony + group shot - 3:45 - 4:45 aperitifs at the poolside (Family photos in the garden during this hour) - 5 PM everyone in the marquee and speeches start - After speeches: Seated Reception in the Marquee - Depending on the menu chosen, 2/3 hours for the reception dinner - After dinner, the Party Starts LATE NIGHT Pizza is served - 1:30 AM Music Ends
WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 11TH
This our form of a recovery day! IMPORTANT NOTE, Vespas take an international driver's license which is super cheap at any AAA location. If you don't have one of these, they will not rent to you. UMBRIA EXCURSION (Any guest that would like to attend) - 47min drive by car Vespa Rides Through Umbria Time: We haven't scheduled these yet. Location: Umbria Price: €60 for Vespa Transportation/Meals not included Details: https://www.umbriainvespa.com/en/ You can also spend the day by the pool at the villa if you prefer or go sightseeing :). THURSDAY, OCTOBER 12TH
ROME EXCURSION Day Trip to Rome Time: All Day Event (Any guest that would like to attend - we will schedule a bus and split the cost which is $88 per person per location) Location: Rome Details: Leaving around 6:15 A.M. https://www.bigbustours.com/en/rome/rome-sightseeing-tours This is a Hop on/Hop Off Bus We are planning everything around the route of the bus. The bus leaves Rome at 430pm SHARP to head back to the villa
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 13TH
FLORENCE EXCURSION: (Any guest that would like to attend - we will schedule a bus and split the cost which is $88 per person per location) Bus is picking up at the villa at 615am and we are being dropped off at the Galleria dell’Accademia first. Bus leaves Florence to return to the villa at 430pm SHARP
