Sunset Happy Hour - Top of the Gondola

4:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Attire: Come as you are!

Enjoy sunset drinks with the Bride & Groom at the top of the Steamboat Gondola. All are welcome to join us! Tickets are $30 per person and can be purchased on-site prior to uploading on the Gondola. **If you are an IKON passholder, be sure to tell the ticket agent for a discount! Welcome Night & Rodeo

6:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Giddy up in your best Country Western attire!

Bride & Groom will be there at 6:30PM, and rodeo will begin promptly at 7:30PM. Tickets: Pre-pay for tickets at the SSPRS website (https://steamboatprorodeo.com/buy-tickets/) or buy tickets at the gate upon arrival. Seating: the wedding party will have a section of the concrete stands reserved so come find us on the far end (closest to the scoreboard end of the arena). Dinner: guests are on their own for dinner. The Rodeo has fantastic BBQ - serving everything from ribs to pulled pork to burgers and hot dogs as well as full bars for all your favorite drinks. If you'd like to eat before the rodeo - feel free to check out any of the fine establishments downtown and then walk over to join the party.

Wedding

3:30 pm - 11:30 pm

Attire: Mountain Cocktail

Shuttles will pick up from the following locations and take you to the venue. Return shuttles will also be provided after the reception! 3:30 pm - Nordic Lodge 3:45 pm - The Rabbit Ears Motel 3:45 pm - The lobby of The Grand Hotel NOTE: There is no other way to get to the venue so please plan accordingly to not miss the shuttle! 4:30 pm - Wedding Ceremony followed by a cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing! ~9:30 pm - First bus back to town 11:50 pm - Last bus back to town
