Hotel
We have arranged a hotel block at the Loews Hotel right in the heart of Center City. To make a reservation, please click on the link below or call the listed number. To receive the discounted room rate, reservations must be made by July 19. The link below only applies the room rate for Friday and Saturday night so if you wish to make a reservation for a longer stay, please call the hotel directly.
Shuttle
August 17, 2019 4:15 pm - 11:00 pm
A shuttle will run from the Loews Hotel to the ceremony venue departing at 4:15 PM. Shuttles will also run from reception to bring guests back to the Loews hotel at the end of the evening.
Travel Note
For guests staying at the Loews hotel, there is valet parking for $50 per day. There are also several other parking garages close to the hotel, including ABM parking lot at 1301 Market Street ($36 per day), 12th and Walnut garage ($33 per day), and Hamilton garage at 221 S 11th Street ($27 per day). For guests not staying at the hotel (or those who wouldn't mind a mile walk), the parking garage we use for Ethan's car has parking for $10 per day (Park America lot at 17th and Callowhill).
Flight
Getting into town from the airport is very easy! The easiest way to travel to and from the airport is the SEPTA Regional Rail Airport Line. Trains run about every 30 minutes between 5 am and midnight. You can pay an $8 cash fare on-board the train or purchase a one-way SEPTA Key Quick Trip fare at a kiosk located at each terminal platform stop for $6.75. The Loews hotel is less than two blocks from Jefferson Station. Cabs from the airport are generally a $30 flat fee. You can also Uber or Lyft to and from the airport.
Train
For guests arriving by Amtrak, you can taking the SEPTA Market Frankford Line (MFL) from the 30th Street station (outside the Amtrak station and across the street) Eastbound to 11th or 13th Street. SEPTA fares are $2.50. You can pay cash in exact change or purchase a Key Card and load money onto the card at a fare kiosk located in the station.
