Indianapolis Canal Walk
Take a stroll through the heart of downtown along the Indianapolis Canal. The 3-mile loop is a popular spot to walk, run, or even rent a paddle boat or kayak. Gondola rides are also available in the summer months! While you're there, check out the Indianapolis Zoo and the museums that line the waterfront.
Indianapolis Motor Speedway
May is all about the Indianapolis 500 here in the Circle City. There are events all month long leading up to the big race on May 28th. If you plan to still be in town that day, consider going and being a part of the truly iconic event. There is also an amazing museum onsite for the racing-obsessed.
