This event will be held outdoors (weather permitting). Come kickoff the weekend and enjoy a beverage and s'mores. We will NOT be serving dinner, so please refer to the "Things to Do" section for suggestions for where you can grab a bite before the bonfire. There will be an open bar pouring beer and wine. We'll have the bonfire blazing, but please come prepared in your warm and cozy clothes. Flannels strongly encouraged. Rain Plan: If it's too rainy or cold the Welcome "Bonfire" will be held in the 1801 Tavern Pine Bar located in the Main Inn building.
3:30 pm - 4:00 pm
Attire: Cocktail & Warm Coat
This event will be held outdoors (weather permitting). Come prepared with a warm coat. Rain Plan: If it's too rainy or cold the Ceremony will be held inside the White Gates Barn (it's...red lol) located across the street from the Main Inn (on Main Street).
4:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Attire: Cocktail & Warm Coat
We will walk from the ceremony site across the street to the Phelps Barn and patio. There will be a full open bar during cocktail hour (we'll have wine service during dinner and a limited open bar during the reception). Speeches will made in between the mingling and imbibing. Weather permitting, we will have an indoor/outdoor setup complete with heat lamps outside and warm and cozy vibes inside.
6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Dinner will be served at the '1801 Tavern', located within the Main Inn.
7:30 pm - 10:30 pm
Attire: Cocktail & Dancing Shoes
Let's party! We will be serving coffee, tea, and desserts. There will be a limited open bar (serving beer and wine) however, the full bar will still be available if you would like to purchase a cocktail. There will be late night artisan pizzas served around 9pm.
