Is there parking at the hotel block?
Answer
Yes, there is garage parking at Hotel West & Main available for $13/night. To access the hotel entrance and garage, put 100 W Elm Street, Conshohocken, 19428 into your GPS–it’s the SORA West Garage. Directly next to the garage, you will turn onto Forrest Street. Forrest Street is a cul-de-sac that brings you to the main entrance to the hotel. You will see the hotel entrance on your right, and the garage entrance will be on your left. Hotel guests will park in the spots designated for the hotel. If you are parking at the hotel but not staying overnight, you will park in the spots labeled "public parking." If you're hoping to park for free, you can likely find unmetered street parking within a few blocks of the hotel.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes, there is plenty of parking at Curtis Arboretum. Please be sure to enter from the 1250 Church Street entrance, NOT the Washington Street entrance. If you intend to leave your car overnight, our coordinator can make a note of that.

What time is the shuttle to and from the venue?
Answer
Buses will run from our hotel block (Hotel West & Main) to Curtis Arboretum. There will two buses departing from this hotel–one at 2:30 and one at 2:45. Please load from Fayette Street, NOT the entrance to the hotel. At the end of the evening, there will be an early departure bus leaving the venue at 8:00. The rest of the buses will depart when the reception ends at 9:00.

Please arrive no later than 3:15 to be seated! We will begin promptly at 3:30.

What is the attire?
Answer
Semi-formal! Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. If we have nice weather, both the reception and cocktail hour will be outdoors. Please note–the sun sets just before 5:00 that evening, so the end of cocktail hour may be chilly.
