Travel Note
The reception is located at Catalyst restaurant in the heart of MIT, directly across from the Ray and Maria Stata Center, lovingly known as the Dr. Seuss building because of its fun architecture. The best way to get here is by the Red Line from South Station - get off at Kendall Square. There's also parking behind the restaurant and at the nearby Boston Marriott Cambridge hotel just one block away.
Hotel
This is the closest and nicest hotel to the reception. Identify yourself as part of the Weinstein/Pflum Wedding Room Block group when making your reservation and please do so by April 12, 2019 to get the discounted rate.
Flight
Use airport code BOS. You can easily taxi or ride-share from here to downtown of the reception area, but the Silver Line is a free mass-transit option that will get you into South Station and onto the Red Line in short order.
Train
Despite it's bad wrap among local Massholes, the subway system will get you pretty much everywhere you need to go. Rachel spent her college years at the end of the Boston College branch of the Green Line. Chris spent his post-collegiate years a few stops closer to downtown on the same line. We now live at the Forest Hills end of the Orange line in Jamaica Plain. We encourage you to explore what the city has to offer whether that's Downtown Crossing and Government Center or up and down the Cambridge branch of the Red Line and the Back Bay branch of the Green Line.
