Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will also be throwing a welcome party the day before the wedding, Friday 7/26, for all guests that will be staying near the wedding venue. The welcome party will be hosted by Bonnie and Greg Holland at the Laughing Monk Brewery in Scotts Valley from 5 - 8 PM. Light appetizers and drinks will be served. Please come join us for some fun!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are limiting attendance to the children of our bridal party, immediate family, and for special circumstances. Apologies for any inconvenience but please reach out to us if you have any questions.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a discounted rate for the Hilton in Scotts Valley. The discount is linked in the 'Travel' section for the Hilton Santa Cruz/Scotts Valley.

Is parking or a shuttle provided?

Answer

Parking for guest that will be staying onsite will be designated near their cabins. Parking for guests that will not be staying onsite will be provided at the SS. Peter & Paul Antiochian Orthodox Church located at 9980 Highway 9, Ben Lomond, CA where a shuttle will meet you beginning at 3PM and shuttling every 20 mins up to the ceremony location. Please consider shuttle timing when arriving for the wedding.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4pm. Please begin arriving from 3:00 pm but no later than the official start time. If parking at the church slot, please arrive with time to accommodate the 20 minute shuttle interval.

Please RSVP by May 27th, 2024.

Cocktail attire but please feel free to dress as fancy as you'd like!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Dinner will be outdoors but Dancing Reception will be indoors in the Waterfall Lodge.
