Shuttle Schedule

We have arranged for trolleys to help transport guests to and from the venue. Before the ceremony, the trolley will pick up from the Montecito Inn and bring guests to the Rosewood Miramar Beach. The trolley pick up times are 2pm and 2:20pm at the Montecito Inn. The shuttles will also help bring guests back at the end of the night with continuous service between the Montecito Inn and the Rosewood Miramar Beach from 10pm to midnight. At the very end of the night, the trolly will also make one drop off at the Kimpton Canary hotel in downtown Santa Barbara.

For guest looking to stay on the property of the wedding venue, the Rosewood Miramar Beach is a stunning luxury hotel. Montecito Inn

**As of 10/15, there is extremely limited availability left for rooms at this hotel. However, room bookings may change, so please check their website for the latest information** The Montecito Inn is a great option for guests who are not staying on-site at the Rosewood Miramar Beach. This hotel is less than a mile away from the venue. We will be providing transportation to and from the wedding venue to the Montecito Inn for guests staying at this location.

If you are looking for another hotel option, any of the hotels in the local Santa Barbara area will be pretty close to the venue. House Or Rental

AirBnb

Renting a house through AirBnb is another great option for guests, especially if several guests want to stay together as a group. Please note there are limited properties in Montecito, so if you're planning to book somewhere in Montecito through AirBnb, we would recommend securing your reservation as soon as possible. Guests can also stay in the more central downtown Santa Barbara area, which is about 15 mins away from the venue.

Driving Details

For most guests located in California, the best way to access Santa Barbara is to drive. Typically, Santa Barbara is a 4-6 hour drive from the San Francisco Bay Area, a 2-3 hour drive from Los Angeles, and a 3-4 hour drive from San Diego. If you are driving from Northern California, we recommend arriving in Santa Barbara the day before the wedding on Thursday, 11/2.

Santa Barbara Airport (SBA)

For guest traveling from out of state or who prefer air travel, the Santa Barbara Airport offers a select number of flights from Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, Southwest, and United. Montecito and downtown Santa Barbara are about 20 mins away from the airport.

Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)

For guests looking to fly into a large major airport, Los Angeles International Airport is about 95 miles away from the venue. On average, it is typically about a 2-3 hour drive from LAX to Santa Barbara. However, your trip may be longer or shorter depending on the time and day you arrive. If you choose to fly into this airport, we recommend renting a car and allowing ample time to commute from Los Angeles to Santa Barbara.

Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR)

The Hollywood Burbank Airport is another option for guests who cannot fly directly into Santa Barbara. It is located about 85 miles away from the venue. This is a small airport that is easy to navigate and efficient. If choosing between BUR or LAX, we would recommend BUR because it will be less busy. It is typically about a 1.5-2.5 hour drive from BUR to Santa Barbara. However, your trip may be longer or shorter depending on the time and day you arrive. If you choose to fly into this airport, we recommend renting a car and allowing ample time to commute from Burbank to Santa Barbara.
