Getting Here
The weekend celebrations will take place at Arapaho Valley Ranch nestled between Lake Granby and Arapaho Valley National Forest. The ranch is about a 2.5 hour drive (122 mi) from Denver International Airport. We recognize that this will be a long journey for some, and that a weekend-long celebration is a big time commitment with all we have going on in our lives. Your willingness to make this trip is truly appreciated. We feel the love and are excited to share this occasion with you. During the scenic drive you will traverse beautiful mountain passes, charming mountain towns (including Idaho Springs, Empire, Winter Park, Fraser, Tabernash, and Granby!), and serene lakes. We hope it will be well worth the effort! The best mode of transportation will be to rent a car. To ensure a comfortable and safe travel experience, we recommend you rent an SUV or crossover with AWD. The final 20 minutes of the drive will be on narrow dirt roads (along beautiful Lake Granby), and in case of rain, we want to ensure your peace of mind. We will be collecting flight info from everyone to explore potential carpooling opportunities.

Lodging
We will contact you with your lodging options after we receive your RSVP. Our hope is to be able to host everyone on site. The ranch is in the heart of nature, and offers rustic cabins and elevated glamping tent sites. You can get a feel for these on the AVR website linked below. They are in the process of building more cabins and glamping tents right now, and though everything is ontrack up to this point, we’re not 100% sure what the total capacity will be until we get closer. We’ll be in touch within the next month with more with specifics about capacity and/or what the option will be for you on-site. In the event we are unable to accommodate you at the ranch, or if you want to venture out on your own (totally up to you!), the closest place is Sun Outdoors Rocky Mountains. There are a variety of different cabins available for rent and the views are great. If you’re looking for something a little more upscale, there are incredible AirBnbs for rent around Lake Granby and Grand Lake. You can expect a 25-35 minute drive to AVR from these off-site options.

Meals
All meals will be provided for the weekend! To cover a portion of the expenses for food and lodging, we kindly request each guest contribute $300 per person for the weekend. We plan to accommodate all of those with dietary restrictions. Please feel free to reach out if you’d like to discuss your specific options for the weekend.
